About Dr. Drew Pierson:

I’m a Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and licensed and board certified acupuncturist in the State of California.

My Doctoral rounds consisted of a specialization in Integrative Medicine (Mental Health, Orthopedics, Neurology, Women’s Health, and Pediatrics.)

I practice in an integrative setting where Traditional Chinese Medicine, Western Medicine and other holistic therapies work together to achieve the most suitable and beneficial protocol for patients. My goal is to create an effective, preventative based quality option for health care by aiding in the integration of Eastern, Western, and, Holistic Medicine.

My specialty interests include mental/neuropsychological issues in both adult and pediatric populations, Neuroleadership and peak performance.

This is about creating a complete lifestyle for excellence, peak mental health, sleep, stress, exercise, dietary intake and environment.

I grew up traveling the world with my family as my father served in the Air Force and the U.S. Embassy. I’m a decorated veteran, and served 6 years in the U.S. Navy as an Electronic Engineer on a Fast Attack Nuclear Submarine. Most of my service was spent patrolling the waters under the Arctic Circle and taking part in Desert Storm.

I’m also a board certified neurotherapist and have been practicing Neurotherapy (EEG Biofeedback) since 1996. I worked in a large neuropsychological practice for 5 years working with 100’s of children and adults with a variety of neurophysiological disorders. I specialized in Attention Disorders, Depression, Anxiety, Autism, Seizure Disorders and many other medication resistant conditions.
